Very poor experience here today. The fresh hot rolls usually served upon arrival were nowhere in sight by the time we finished eating.had to ask another server to refill out drinks. Poorly stocked buffet. Not pleased at all.

I can't believe I cheated on my diet with food that didn't even taste good. The food either didn't have a taste or tasted like something it shouldn't have. The bannana pudding had a hint of orange zest. The price was also way too high. I am one person, my total shouldn't be sixteen dollars!!!!

This was the 2nd visit in recent time and will be the last. Buffet was poorly stocked and what food was out was poorly prepared. Don't waste your time asking for assistance, it is as if everyone there is deaf. Go to any other place, just don't go here. I won't .

This place used to be a whole lot better than it is. I will still pass by there and ask my wife if she would like to eat there on the way home from shopping. She will remind me, in very clear terms, what the last few visits there have done to my stomach. Not good, but I am a glutten for punishment I guess. I do like their rolls. I would probably eat there on steak nights. Kinda hard to mess up a steak, and if they do, its a buffet.... toss it and go get another one!

The food is ok, not a big fan, but my boyfriend likes to eat here.

"If I could go lower than one star I would. The buffet was poorly stocked, there was hardly anything there. The food was mediocre at best with the little that was even out there. We asked the manager to put some food out and he said there was lots in the back, but no more was ever brought out. The manager was sagging and his fly was down. The kitchen was disgusting, there was blood on the counters and floor, from the steaks I'm guessing, and the cooking utensils were just sitting in it. The containers looked like they had never been washed and there was some kind of mold or something all over their racks of food. The bathrooms were even worse. In the first stall there was a whole roll of toilet paper unraveled in the corner and a bunch of used toilet paper on the toilet seat. In the second stall there was puke all over the seat and on the floor. The urinal hadn't been cleaned in days and the flush was broken, you do the math. It looked cleaner not to use the sinks, and here's the good part, there was a sign that said clean bathrooms are our priority and stuff like that. All in all it was pretty disgusting.

You know the saying, "It is what it is". This is not a "fresh" food restaurant as most of the food is frozen, canned, etc. So, when you go there you already assume the food is pretty much what you could defrost and cook at home, without the work and cleanup. Some items are really good and some items are fair or just ok. The wait staff does a very good job of meeting your needs. I prefer the breakfast to the dinner but that's because I love omelets, which recently disappeared. The plates, as mentioned in another review, are pretty cut up and stained, not very appetizing(what do melamine plates cost anymore?). We quit going to this particular restaurant about two years ago because the flies and gnats hovering the bar were intolerable. A small clean shop vac could have immediately solved this problem but what do I know. The real problem now is the carpet. No restaurant should have carpet. It's unhygienic as it harbors bacteria and dirt and stinks. The smells of food are overpowered by the stench of dirty carpet. Again, not very appetizing. The plastic cups are all chipped at the rim, which can also harbor bacteria, and the straws just barely clear the rim so you end with your lips on the chipped rim anyway(whats a plastic cup cost anyway). Half of the silverware is dirty. The desert bar is usually a mess but then children under 12 shouldn't be allowed to help themselves to any buffet. It was just common sense when I grew up and as I raised my own children, but then parents have a very different, "hands off", approach to parenting today. That's where management should step in for the sake of the rest of the patrons experience. Just sayin'........
